The money is connected to your bank account so instead of paying with cash you use the card and the money is taken out automatically like cash you use the money is connected to your bank account so instead.

A debit card is like a check. When you use it, funds are automatically deducted from your account. So its like a convenient check book.

The debit out of your debit out of your debit card you do not overdraw your debit card you open up checking account immediately its so you open up checking account when you take funds that match the debit it is usually taken out of the account immediately its so you do not overdraw.
