Karl asked: I currently have over 15K in credit card charges from various cards (4) and they are real bear to get the charges down. I always pay on time and even more than the minimum, but it seems like they never go down. My question is that did anyone here reading this use one of these credit card relief or debt consolidation companies and they were successful? I realize there are some costs with some of them for “fees”, but overall what is the success rate. I can pay this pulling a 401k loan for a complete payoff, but would not rather touch this. Please let me know of any of your success stories or complete failures that you may have had.
